Dear Joseph,
This is an email from the work group that will visit you and the organisation next week. We are looking forward to our stay, but we have some issues we would like to sort out before we arrive.
First of all, we would like to know wheither you could inform the pupils and their guardians that we would like to take pictures and interwiev some of them. We realize that this might be a problem and we would like to make sure that the pupils that do not wish to participate in the pictures and interwievs know that they have to tell us that. Of course we will let everyone know when there will be pictures taken in advance.
Do you think we should write notes to the guardians and let them know about us visiting and taking pictures?
Could you please also inform the teachers about this matter?
We are very excited about our trip and we hope that you look forward to see us too.
